{"id":18,"date":"2019-04-03T11:50:26","date_gmt":"2019-04-03T11:50:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.itsnewtome.ca\/?p=18"},"modified":"2019-04-03T11:55:44","modified_gmt":"2019-04-03T11:55:44","slug":"18","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.itsnewtome.ca\/?p=18","title":{"rendered":"Reflection Revisited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-CA\">Well if you popped in here six years ago for my inaugural blog post, thanks for hanging in there and welcome to my second!<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\">One of my traits (challenges) is that I have ideas I get very excited about and then\u2026life gets in the way and\/or self-doubt creeps in:\u00a0 \u201cWhose gonna want to read this, anyway\u201d?\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m done with all this reflecting\u2014that was so 30 years ago.\u201d (I have no desire to go back to my angsty 20s). \u00a0But&#8230;.there are times when you need to look inward a bit if you want to figure out where you\u2019re tripping yourself up. \u00a0And I am most definitely tripping myself up&#8230;regularly.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\">I don\u2019t know about you, but I am becoming increasingly aware of the brevity of life, and I want to soak it up, find my passion and get on with things.\u00a0 So I\u2019m back here, pen (keyboard) in hand, revisiting the concept of self-reflection and \u00a0sharing my revelations and experiences with others. \u00a0Now, it won\u2019t all be serious \u2014you can count on the same self-deprecating humour you got to know in my one previous blog post \u2014but it will be honest!<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\">Hope to see you back here soon!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well if you popped in here six years ago for my inaugural blog post, thanks for hanging in there and welcome to my second!
